Project Planning and Management

Every successful project begins with a plan.  Our experienced Project Managers take care of the overall coordination and management of the move, on and off-site, taking the stress away from you. Our Move Management activities include developing a move plan and timeline, creating a space plan for your new home, coordinating and scheduling the moving company, resourcing and scheduling other vendors for donation, consignment, shipping, recycling, estate sales, storage, etc. and preparing the home for team packing days. For moves to or from another state, we coordinate with move managers at the origin or destination to help provide a seamless experience.

The Move Makers serve Portland and the surrounding communities. Travel outside of our primary service area is based on staff availability and is subject to additional fees. Our Service Areas
