At The Move Makers, we do more than pack boxes — we support people through important life transitions. As an Accredited Senior and Specialty Move Management company, we help clients move from one home to another with care, organization, and respect. Our services include downsizing, packing, organizing, coordinating donations, unpacking, and setting up new homes so our clients can settle in comfortably. 

We are looking for compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy helping others and take pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality service while working in clients’ homes. If you’re detail-oriented, patient, and enjoy meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you. 

This role involves being on your feet for 6–8 hours and occasionally lifting boxes up to 35 pounds. Prior experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required. 

Positions Available 

Organizer 
Organizers assist with packing, organizing, and setting up clients’ new homes. This role is hands-on and client-focused, helping make each move as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

  • Typical shifts: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2–4 days per week, Monday–Friday
  • Schedule varies by project and may not always be predictable 
  • Job sites include private residences and senior communities

Materials Coordinator 
The Materials Coordinator manages company packing materials and inventory and transports supplies to and from job sites using a company vehicle. This role may also include assisting with packing and unpacking in clients’ homes. 

  • Typical shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 2–4 days per week, Monday–Friday
  • Schedule varies by project and may not always be predictable 
  • Job sites include private residences and senior communities
